Meet Leslie Rosen
Leslie began her career as an elementary school teacher, creating thoughtful lesson plans, crafting with students, and finding joy in every detail. Leslie took a break from teaching and discovered cake decorating as a creative outlet. That passion soon evolved into a full-scale catering business.
Today, Leslie brings the same creativity, care, and love of learning to her work as she once brought to her classroom. As she writes menus or turns food into art, Leslie continues to blend the heart of a teacher with the soul of a chef.
Meet Ryan Rosen
From a young age, Ryan was immersed in the world of hospitality, helping at events, soaking up the family business, and developing a passion for the art of catering. After earning a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he trained at the renowned Inn at Little Washington, where he refined his skills in fine dining and guest experience.
Now, with nearly 30 years at Leslie Rosen Catering, Ryan leads with thoughtful design, logistical precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His steady leadership and innovative eye help bring every event to life.
